Hi Ravi,
Great to receive your response!
Please, pardon the familiar form of your name.
One way to conceive the age old question of which came first, God and the sacred (or) Science and the physical -- 'The Big Bang' or 'In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.' -- is that though each comes at the question from the opposing side, both will eventually arrive in the same place.
The Sacred presents as originating. Science does the same.
Neither, though, explores the question of Time. Is it persuasive that there truly was nothing before either The Big Bang or God's Word?
Yet, if you believe in Love, God, the life of the soul, you probably understand that the concept of Time -- as we know it -- most likely doesn't exist in the same fashion in the world of the Spirit.
Deep and fascinating questions which invoke personal probing and exploration.
Finally -- again, in my view -- it would be fantastic if medical training started to include Spiritual Education and Emotional Intelligence.
If you're familiar with the work and writings of Yale surgeon Bernie Siegal (the father of the principle that Consciousness Affects Health), and many others, you understand that though science gives us miraculous cures, the driving force is each person's life expectations -- the meaning and interpretation we ascribe to our value and our life.
With Love,
Jonathan : )
PS = It would be wonderful if you would follow me, as I have you.
